This ebook is a very different take on goal setting. It focuses on creating habits, knowing yourself, and creating a path to happiness. It takes a negative stance on visualization and positive thinking. Rather, it invokes the pen and pencil, the habit of working towards a goal, boosting motivation naturally, and making smarter (not S.M.A.R.T.) goals for yourself.
One of the best examples given is: You have a goal to reach the peak of the mountain, but you hate climbing. How the heck are you going to get there then?
It also came with a workbook, which I am in the process of downloading and fiddling with. I will update when I’ve gone through it (it’s free, but it’s also a way for the author to collect emails) and let you know if it helped in any way.
